A safe, compassionate space to work through mental health, substance use, and life’s hardest transitions.
I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University in New York. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, build stronger relationships, and discover resilience through growth and change.
My work focuses on helping people facing addiction, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, parenthood transitions, and the everyday complexities of life.
Outside of my practice, you’ll likely find me in a cardio or hot Pilates class, reading with a strong coffee in hand, or chasing after my two energetic kids. Most evenings end with my husband, our cat, and a bag of Reese’s on the couch which is my favourite way to unwind.
Relationships are what keep me grounded. Whether it’s time spent with family, close friends, or the people I support through my work, it’s those genuine connections that bring purpose and meaning to my life.
